Right now, I think Tropic of Capricorn by Henry
Miller. It expressed to me in a manner I've never
experienced before that other people go through the same
trials and tribulations (of love, in this case) as me,
and have been for much longer than me. I felt it
connected me with other people, knowing that deep down,
we all have the same thoughts, even if it's not
something we can say out loud all the time. |

I chose Delta Psi because it was the
greatest conglomeration of people ever. Seriously
though, I was looking for people on campus who like to
have fun but are also more intelligent and aware of the
goings-on of the world. Delta Psi turned out to be a
great amalgamation of people who I can very easily get
along with, have fun with, and (this is important) be
serious with, too. |
